Taken during the fall season of 2011, this photo is from the docks at Johnson Mill River Park along the Spokane River between Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls. The park is named after the old Johnson Mill that once stood nearby. The docks are moved into place during the spring and removed during fall, but are in place throughout the summer season. This park is small and out of the way, but is quite popular amongst boaters who want to stop for a picnic lunch along the river. Although this public park borders a private neighborhood park, it is also popular amongst the residents who live in the area.
